International Business Seminars in Vancouver This Summer

We are very excited to announce the schedule of our International Business Seminar Series in July and August 2017. Our two-week summer programs are designed for Canadian and international students seeking a foundation in business fundamentals. The seminars are ideal for individuals who are planning to pursue further studies, working professionals looking to enhance their knowledge in a specific area of business or anyone interested in learning more about business basics and principles. The short term certificate courses in Vancouver will broaden your horizon and set you on the path to success!
VGC’s Certificate Courses consist of a series of seminars that focus on specific areas of professional interest. Participants have the choice of enrolling in individual two-week sessions or sign up for all three certificate courses. All seminars are taught by experienced industry professionals and focus on providing a hands-on learning experience in the classroom. After successful completion of a two-week program you will receive a certificate which can be used to enhance your resume.
Attending classes at VGC International College’s School of Business and Career Training in Vancouver, you will interact with fellow students from all over the world and industry professionals who will share their expert knowledge. Grow your international network and prepare to conduct business in an English speaking and multicultural environment. Through case studies, best practices and discussions you will learn effective business communication and fundamental knowledge in the following specializations:

Schedules:
The enrolment for the summer seminar series has started and the programs will be offered on the following dates:
Entrepreneurship: July 10th to July 21st 2017
Marketing Through Social Media: July 24th to August 4th, 2017
Leadership: August 8th to August 18th, 2017
Each program has a length of 2 weeks and a total of 37 hours including lectures, discussions, case studies, readings and group work with a presentation.
Application Requirements:
Each seminar is 2 weeks long and will be available for current students starting at level 5 and up. For new registrations, students are asked to take our online placement test and have a Skype interview with VGC Admissions. Valid scores for IELTS 5.0 or TOEFL (IBT) 64 will also be accepted.
