VGC Behind The Scenes: Our International Recruitment Trips

VGC International College takes great pride in maintaining a well balanced nationality mix in our school and classrooms. In order to keep spreading out our high academic standards all over the world, we have a big marketing team that travels to many different countries every year to market our beautiful purple brand to those considering to have a great English learning experience in Canada.

In 2016 we have already been to Peru, Brazil, Mexico, Italy, Germany, Chile, Lithuania, Estonia, Latvia, Korea, Panama, Colombia, Japan, Switzerland, Ukraine and Poland. So, to share a little bit of my business trips experience here, I will talk about how we prepare for the events we attend and how the trips look like once we leave Canada.

In order to make sure we have everything we need once we are abroad, the preparation starts early with all of our marketing materials. Updated content, news about VGC, design, orders, printing, etc., all has to be taken care of beforehand so banners, brochures, pamphlets, calendar, flyers and everything else is ready for our busy agenda out there. We also need to make sure we have enough time to meet with all of our partners,  attend to all of the events and seminars we have previously booked and, of course, to meet our former students that are now great friends.

There are many other kinds of commitments we also have when marketing VGC abroad, such as Embassy events, training sessions and student fairs, all to make sure that you will have a chance to meet us in person and have all of your questions answered. Afterall,  we want to send the right message out, as a caring, academic and fully accredited institution that you can rely on when it comes to having an amazing experience in Vancouver.

Here are some pictures of us traveling abroad and representing VGC:

Here at VGC International College, we work hard to assure that all of our partners and future students know us well and fell like being part of the VGC family from the first steps of the trip planning to the rest of their lives.
